Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most often. If yours is not here, reach out — we are always happy to talk through the details.

What areas do you serve?

We plan and design events throughout the entire state of Maine — from the southern beaches of Kennebunkport to the working waterfronts of the midcoast and beyond. Wherever your celebration takes you in Maine, we will be there.

How quickly will I hear back after I inquire?

You will receive a personal response within 24 business hours of submitting your inquiry. After your consultation, a full proposal tailored to your event follows within 48 business hours.

What does your planning process look like?

Every event moves through our six-step process, carrying you from first inquiry and consultation through design, planning, and a flawlessly managed event day. At each step you will know exactly where things stand and what comes next.

Can I rent items without booking full planning services?

Absolutely. Our rental collection is available entirely à la carte — from tables and linens to décor and specialty pieces. Tell us what you need and we will handle the rest.

Who handles the catering?

Catering is provided through our partner, Opal Rose Catering, LLC. Together we craft menus built on Maine ingredients, from elegant pre-fixe dinners to relaxed à la carte service.

Do you offer THC or CBD experiences?

We do — for guests over twenty-one years of age only. Offerings range from boutique marijuana pairings alongside a traditional (non-infused) dinner service to fully infused multi-course menus, plus THC and CBD beverages available with any catering service.

What happens to the flowers after my event?

Through our florals donation program, arrangements from your event can be donated to brighten someone else’s day — and you receive full tax documentation for the contribution. Beautiful twice over.
